One of the most interesting thing to me is traveling. No doubt you need to have a lot of money since it is expensive but if I had the money I would definately go to VENICE, Italy.Venice is known to be the “City of Water, Bridges and Light. It has many other names such as “La Dominante,” “Serenissima,” and Queen of the Adriatic.” Venice is associated with Antonio Vivaldi.
Venice is divided into six different parts a fact i didn’t know. They are Cannaregio, San Polo, Dorsoduro (including the Giudecca and Isola Sacca Fisola), Santa Croce, San Marco (including San Giorgio Maggiore) and Castello (including San Pietro di Castello and Sant’Elena). The Cannaregio canal is faces the Grand Canal. It was the main entrance to the city at one point.
When I think of Venice I think about the festivals, the sites and the transportation. My favorite out of the three types of transportation is the Gondola. I think of love. There is also water buses which sounds cool. Can u imagine a bus on water just going? The airport in Venice itself makes you think of the water, Marco Polo although he was a man. The festivals are two weeks long and this is what makes Venice fun. You never run out of things to do or sights to see. The Museums and Churches and buildings. Venice my is dream place and I hope to one day go there.
